For refunds of faulty or damaged items:
You can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, we will reimbursement up to $5.50 in return shipping. Please contact us to be given your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Be sure to write this number on the shipping label.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. At this time, we do not accept refunds if you change your mind or didn't verify sizing/fit. (See above for size issues and our 35% discount on item size re-orders.) 

  • Must be postmarked for return within 30 days of delivery.

     Our Fulfillment & Shipping Time 

    Here is how long it takes for us to do fulfillment, sourcing and shipping.
    Please note: We only ship to addresses in the USA.

    • Our Moxie & Stars T-shirts: 1-1.5 weeks from order to delivery. Woohoo!

    • Other Products: 2.5 - 4 weeks from order to delivery.
      We source products from around the world and due to high demand, we don't always have them on hand. Sourcing, packing, and shipping to your door typically takes a little longer with these items BUT, they're totally worth the wait!
    • We only offer shipping estimates for products paid for via our online shop. We can not vouch for products we refer & spotlight that are shipped by other retailers.  Thanks.

    How Refunds work

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds 

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, don't panic. It's likely processing (with banks and credit cards it can take up to 7 days to show on your account).


    First check your bank account. 
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@moxieandstars.com. We will get the process going and provide you with a return address. 

    NOTE: If item does not fit and you want to re order for corrected size, we offer a 30% discount for re-ordered item.

    My Product was a gift

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    Shipping Costs & Info

    We do not cover return shipping costs.

    To return your product, we will provide you with our return shipping address after you contact us via email.  

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item (that is the shipping company's responsibility).
